Mandy! This is so great. I love the video and I'm so glad to hear about your yoga teaching aspirations. You will be a superb teacher (as you said...it's in your blood!) Oddly enough, I recently added "get yoga teaching certification" to my things to do when I get tenure and take my first sabbatical. Hopefully the universe has great things in store for our collective yoga journeys. Om!
